Attacking in war without heroes TH9

This is why supercell needs to allow you to use heroes in war even when upgrading.

At TH9 and if attacking a TH9, you need at least one hero. I have had success resulting in 2/3 star attacks using GoWiWi and the AQ (BK being down). If you absolutely insist on having both heroes down at the same time, then as others have mentioned, you should stick with a super rushed TH9 or any TH8 to attack.

Best troop comp imho without heros is lavadragloon. Hands down.

8X lvl4 dragon

6X lvl6 loon

1X lvl3 lavahound

1X lvl2 lavahound

4X lvl5 rage spell

1X earthquake

With a bit of skill/ knowledge of funneling, this is a guaranteed 2+ star strategy. It regularly gets me 3 star on mid to near max TH9's, never less than 2 even on maxed TH9's.

Okay so I'm close to getting loons 6 but I'm not gonna be able to get lv6 loons, hounds or witches in my cc, though I can get anything else. All the laloon variations have a hound in the cc and I'm not sure if quadlaloon (4 hounds 20 loons) or pentalaloon (14 loons 5 hounds) with a dragon or hogs will work. Any advice? Still over 3 months until I can use heroes again

You just don't listen do you? All the comments above point out that you should sit out of war. 2 starring without heroes will be tricky, while 3 starring is impossible. SIT OUT OF WAR

Oh you haven't heard?? In the upcoming update the heroes will be available for attack in war while upgrading!!! So just wait be patient. 😂

Dont listen to anyone and just war if you like wars. Find clan that will put you in wars without heroes if yours wont. Or make one with friends. What are you playing this game for? To make other people happy? or yourself?

I can advise you to dont build crosbows on your base untill you will have queen maxed on lvl30. Like this you will lower your weight in total summ. So there will be less maxed th9 bases to kill.

And stay out of clans that requre you to always hit your equal number in war.

Lavaloons without heroes are pretty much always can easy 3 star any symetrical bases with lvl6 and less ADs, and lvl3 and less sweepers. Also you can 3 star rushed th10s with single target infernos too.
Just chose your targets right, stay out of anti laloons bases even if its your equall, talk about it and let the clanmates handle these bases. You handle other bases that you can handle. Teamwork. Experience.

The main point is that you will fail more with heroes online and maxed, if you will just sit without wars all the time while you upgrade them. You just wont have that half of the year expirience of waring vs th9s. But will be able to farm farm and farm.


ps: Never stoped upgrading my queen from lvl1, just sometimes if possible i make one attack between upgrades if timing is right. Now she is on the way to lvl24, 49 more days to max. 108 days passed with non stop wars. And most of the time i can 3 star 1-2 th9s in war. And even rushed th10 with single infernos. Sometime there are rare fails with 1-0 stars, or wars where you just cant find right base to hit, but most of the time im good addition to war.

Still no crossbows and its fine, you dont need crossbows to defend vs most of not maxed th9 hits, nice base and walls are your friend to lose only 2 stars mostly. And by the way you wont get your base good enough by staying out of wars too. Will just use some cloned stuf from internet.

This is the worst advise I have seen in some time.

• Lowering your weight only works if the entire clan is doing it.
• Lavaloon is not an easy 3 star without heroes. You need a Kill Squad (yes, Kill Squads require heroes) to take care of enemy CC and Queen.
• 3 starring bases with IT's without heroes in impossible. You can't expect to take out a TH10 without heroes (Even rushed TH10's with lvl1 ITs will give you problems)

Reading your post I assume you are in a .5 clan, in which these strategies might work a little since you are hitting weak opponents. But please don't generalize

EDIT: in your first sentence you stated "Don't listen to anyone". I would agree that he doesn't listen to you
