Valk or Golem

I use the VaGoHo (hogs are already maxed) attacks quite often, and I am close to my next research...

My question is: What gets the bigger buff: Valk to Level 3 or Golem to Level 3... in other words, what should I upgrade 1st?

Personally, I would choose the golem because they can take more damage while the valks are causing destruction. But then again, the valks are their own "mini-tank", so in this case you probably couldn't go wrong with either.

Golems, to be versatile as most strats are Golem Based, except PLL and QLL of course.

Yeah, golems are used in almost every attack at TH9/10. Valks....don't like them, but love when my opponent uses them against me lol.

I'd go Golem. They're the most generally useful troop in the game, and you will see at least 1 in almost every war attack.

Yes, Valks are beasts. Personally, I have em maxed and I love them (LOVE them!!), but they're only great on the right type of base or in the right spots.

I use GoVaLo when a find a suitable base.

I typically run with 1 golem, 1 max cc golem, 8 wiz, 2 witches, 11 valks and 6-8 loons.

For this army comp increasing the valk one level is way more important that one golem level.

I have also found with valk attacks is that the golems are only needed to gain entrance to the core. Once in the core your valks have run ahead and are now tanking.

So if your goal is to optimize GoVaLo or GoVaHo would recommend upgrading valks.

However as others have stated the golem upgrade is more versatile since it's used in way more army comps.

Their good tankers and way better and needed for everything no matter what level thall u are
