Little Background: So me and a few friends started this clan a few month's back because at the time we were frustrated with the clan we were in, the reasons being is that our clan wars were sloppy to say the least. This rooted from the fact that they would recruit just about anyone.
Our Intentions: As of right now we currently sit at 34 clan wars attempted with a W/L/T of 30-3-1 and out of our last 20 wars over the course of 67 days we have won 19 and tied once. Were sitting at 18 members with about 14 of them being absolutely solid war attackers like i mean averaging 5.5 stars. Our highest lvl/townhall is 103/th9. Were for the most part made up of high school and college/university students but you'll find us to be goofy and mature all at the same time.
Claim to Fame: Okay so i consider our record to be pretty good and i take pride in it and basically the way we accomplish it is takeing players to war that are maxing everything before moving on in townhall levels and that are able to pull their weight in wars. The reason it works for those who dont know is that the level of youre defenses, walls, troops etc are taken into account when we get matched in war so if we have someone who is town hall 9 with xbows who cant even 3 star a townhall 8 then were gonna get placed in a war thats slightly sided against us because of the value that the xbows carry in the calculater that decides matchups. Sounds kind of try hard i guess but theres no point in spending your time playin something if your not gonna put some degree of effort forth(the "its just a game" excuse doesnt really fly here)
What were looking for: So what were looking for isn't high level players, were looking for people that aren't rushing through the town hall levels!!
-Were looking for knowledge of basic attack strats
-Troop levels to be decent
-Speaks understandable english
-Can contribute to an enjoyable atmosphere
-We really dont care about level/trophies/th level if you dont perform to the level that your claiming to be
-Ask questions!
-Learn lots
-Have a good time

No dis-tasteful swearing
Dont be rude(try to be constructive)
Use your war attacks(exceptions are made if the war is in the bag...but who doesn't like war loot?!)
Don't ask for promotions!!
Let me just rant about this really quick, so every clan runs a little different but basically in ours co-leader is a dream for most simply because we need to fully trust you and will probably need alternate means of getting in touch other than clash, me and my co-leaders skype ALOT. To some that may seem odd but the way i see it is that were adding a layer of security to our elders becasue you know that you wont be kicked by somebody for no reason because i know all my coleaders personally and can confront them in a face to face manner. Elder is earned over time and the reason it can take a while is simply that either i forgot too because ya know life is busy sometimes or i dont believe you to be ready. Now this isnt some personal vandetta against your personality or you as a person so dont get all hurt but me promoting you to elder is basically me saying that you perform at an equivalent level as the rest of the elders and its done this way so that theres some true pride to be had over being one! OKAY RANT AJOURNED
How you can join: Alright so im not gonna try to screen people through the forum but we welcome just about everyone so even if your unsure about if you meet the criteria send a request in clash and we can hash it out once youve boarded the ship! Its easier to teach someone to clash than it is to teach a decent attitude so if you ust need to sit out a few wars thats totally fine!
