Should I go to TH9?

Hey guys,

I just reached TH8 about a month ago and am planning to move on to TH9. So firstly, some context: I am having my final exams in 3 weeks time so i might lessen my playing time significantly. My mortars and wizard towers are, or going to be, maxed out already.

What I plan to do:
Max out archer towers and cannons first and then three teslas to level 5. Then go to TH9 when all three teslas are going to level 6 since they take 10 days to build.


What do you guys think? Should I make the jump?

I would max out all your walls first, your Heal Spell, and your Golems before you go to Town Hall level 9.

Get at least half skull walls so at TH9 you can dump gold on legos and finish skulls (you don't need new defences if you have no loot to defend).

Your troops have kinda garbage level but depends if you want to war or not (rage, heal spell, wizards, golems, loons, wallbreakers). If you don't want to war you need only GiBarch anyway

Get to th9 to unlock aq, and th9 has decent loots too not that hard to max everything there.

I would say no. Don't go to TH 9.
You have a lot to do at TH 8.
TH 9 with purple wall doesn't look good. At least for me.

Let every thing come in the right time. Be patient. Don't rush.

I suggest that you upgrade the king to lvl 10 ( the max for th 8 ) and your walls to lvl 8 and at the same time, keep all your builders busy.
Leaving an idle builder for walls isn't a bad idea too.

If you want to, here's what I'd do:
Max BK for TH8.
Max those Tesla's for sure!
Max at LEAST half level 8 walls.

Remember: if you rush, you must be able to play about 4 hours a day or farm at least 2.5 mil loot a day. I would not recommend it if exams will be taking away time.

dont rush . th 9 has a lot of upgrades.

Really depends on your playing style. If you are a good farmer and know how to spend your resources wisely move on to th9. If you play this game rarely and not so good at farming i suggest you stay at th8 for a while and max everything.

Stay at TH9 is going to be horrible especially if you have weak defenses. LVl 6 GiBarch is so powerful against TH8-TH8.5 imo.

Unless you are the kind of player that boosts barracks 6-12 hours a day, there is absolutely no reason to go to TH9 early.

As you near completion of your level 8 walls, you will be able to hold larger and larger quantities of DE .. DE you will need to spend on your troops and king.

Near the end of TH8, you will also find joy in 3 starring other TH8's for their resources (every time you see purple walls, basically)

Enjoy TH8 .. it's a nice place to be .. TH9 is full of player like me, who read purple walls as "free loot, come and take it".

TH9 takes a lot longer than TH8 and it's much better to be the strongest player on the TH8 filed, than the weakest on the TH9 field..

Well its up to u but going to th9 without maxed troops is the worst idea possible for most people. Just max ur troops and defenses and get as many walls as u can and go to th9
