Problems & Bugs Addition

This is an idea for the Clash of Clans forum, not the game, Clash of Clans.

On the subforum, "Problems and Bugs" a creator of a thread can mark their thread/add a prefix [iOS], [Android], and [General]. I was thinking about if they added [Solved] for the threads that were solved and the Game Specialists+ could close a thread in that section only. And all the thread marked "Solved" would be closed (Solved icon could be a different color than red). Creators of the thread, Game Specialist, Moderator, and Staff would have to permission to change the prefix to "Solved."

This would also stop a lot of people posting a similar issue from a thread months old and could make a new thread of that issue instead of using an old thread where the solution to the similar bug could be entirely different, if that makes sense?

Sometimes I see people post similar issues that are not the same in one thread where the thread was already solved. It would be more clean if they just made a new thead for their particular problem. I'd like to hear all your ideas on this!

Yeah, that's what I meant by Game Specialists, Moderators, and Staff would have the permission to close a thread. They could close solved threads that way.

I was thinking if it was not a prefix, it could be an icon like the Supercell icon when a staff member posts on a thread. It would be further to the left but it would be an icon that would say "Solved."
