Why is there war matchups completely off? Th5 being matched with th7 and the 7 isn't even rushed...

Matching is not based on TH to TH, the war match is based on the clan. No where does the Clan War FAQ says that it will find your clan another clan that exactly mirrors yours.

Because the clan as a whole is matched, not the single players

I understand the system fine. If this was the case, my level 6 clan would not have been matched against a level 1. I'm not the one with the th5.I know how stuff works. It has been a bit off lately

Clan matching doesnt take clan level in consideration though.

I know b how they determine it. However, there has been uneven matchups since the update

There are many factors involved, how long you let the search run, what other clans are searching for war when you are, etc. It will never be perfect, because if it was it would take hours and hours to get a war match.
