Masters is a good place to farm.Alternatively if cups mean nothing,you could try going to silver or gold too.

People always ask for inactive big loot raid locations, its not that simple search around for a good spot or actually hit an active base with anything else but barbs and archers, you're a town hall 9, bully those town hall 8s.
Sadly, collector/mine raids have reduced significantly since the update (this always happens) so you're going to have to actually raid people properly!
Gold I is pretty consistent for dead bases, but there will be a lot of dead bases with the collectors inside the walls.
Don't listen to anyone who says "Learn how to raid an active base" Try Gold 1 - Master 2
any higher than that, and it'll be difficult to find "inactive" bases with free collector loot.
