THE GLue gunner ! Its a new troop made up of elixir

The glue gunner is the name , as the name suggests , it shoots glue on enemy towers and building , it slows down fire rate of towers and does only 5 damage each hit and its fire rate is 1.5 seconds . the levels , upgrades , artwork , tht u devs have to decide , but this is simply a solid idea , it is unlocked after wall breakers .

People won't like a new troop after wall breakers. It would push away troops like the PEKKA an extra level, which would cause complaints from the people who just unlocked it. Also, what is the time the slow lasts?
