So do you guys think that by any chance th11 might be coming out at clashcon this october?
If yes then what should be the strat for a th9 player? I will have my heroes 20 each when it comes out and about 170 lava/250. Should i go on and max th9 or th10 straightaway?

I think you will need to move on as th9 will be the next th8 where every th9 will 3 star every th9 (which is happening right now). So the move will be needed or you will be late by more than a year of upgrades
