A very good point there Button... There has been some brilliant ideas in that section of the forum for months, a lot of them repeated time after time, because it's what the "the players" of this great game would like to see developed, or at least be given more feedback from SC on... O.k, a lot of the ideas are unworkable for whatever reason, but there's a few gems in there that would make the game more favourable to the players, without any great impact upon SC's financial status..

Hay Day is one of the best games around at the minute, and all time top grossing, and most of the players like myself, will stumble on to here accidentally and then get hooked (see, fish on the brain, lol) so we all then give our bits and bobs of how we would like to see the game progress and/or develop. Feedback is supposed to work both ways, hence the name..
You only have to look at the recent reviews, compared to six months ago to see what people are thinking..

How about SC start a totally new thread to say what they are "thinking" about bringing into the game, even before the development/programming starts, just to see what the players think...??? It might help to stop a lot of the negativity that's around at the moment.. Most people would wait three months for a good update, rather than three weeks for a naff one...

Come on SC, play the game, that's what we all do.

Can you share which words you used to search for those threads?

I use the thread search feature rather often actually, and I haven't found any using the words 'seasonal theme' or 'summer theme' or 'theme' in general except Christmas theme thread where people asked if they can store their Christmas decorations away. All other theme related requests were under Clash of Clans. Which the last time I checked was a very different game to Hay Day.

Hay Day players have different priorities to CoC. I think that should be obvious to supercell.

Personally, I really do not care about Summer clothes for our animals ... seriously??

I could understand a Halloween theme, Winter theme, whatever ... but clothes, really?

I wish the diamond confirmation button was developed instead

About the summer update (which is just around the corner *fingers crossed*) - the update will have more than just summer themed animals, for sure. This update is way smaller than the previous (introducing fishing). Most features we add to the game is based on ideas and requests from the users, but of course we also have our own roadmap. Adding features is not as easy as it sounds. There are some really neat ideas out there, but some of them don't fit the game (economy/balance) or doesn't work with new features we are already building.

Rest assured that we do listen and collect info from all our players, but we simply can't make all requested features in one or even two updates. That is, if they fit the game and our roadmap.

We would love to post our future roadmap online, but there's a problem - it changes very often (various reasons) and thus it would be confusing for players to keep up with it.

For those of us who love the way our farms look, and do not like all the extra decorations, please make this optional! It's a farm, not a holiday camp. Sorry to sound grumpy Nick, but I think it's going to make my farm look really silly. There are so many great ideas in our thread - expect mine's in the trash bin now, for being a spoil-sport!

Poor pets, they don't get any summer / winter clothes. They must be feeling very sad being left out.
