    hi guys,

well I've read it before too that xbows should be dropped when royals hit lvl15, but considering their weight I'm going to completely skip on them.
currently my royals are 16/16, th8.75 so to say,50 lava and 200legos with only dark spells and now with the new update lighting left to upgrade.
I'm completely dedicated to offense, so say what u want but those xbows aren't worth the weight they bring, I'll drop my xbows once I maxed all my troops on th10 period.
I opened up a thread asking about how it would weigh up in wars receiving good documented answers in the past,so I'm not backing down from my plan.
sure I'm aware of the loot penalty, but I don't care, farming isn't my main reason why I play this game, in purely for war.
currently my base has only been 3 starred by a th10, mostly I get 1 or occasionally 2 stars off of my base, tweaked it bunch of times, so I really don't feel the need of xbows.

Just wondering how to use loonion to my advantage. What league do you farm in? What bases do you attack (min amount of loot, etc.)? Do you boost when farming?
    Cheers
Yeah, I know the build time sucks, but I'm a busy man with an actual job and I don't have the attention span to spam barch for two hours straight (and would probably die of boredom). I take 3 heals and one rage and obviously try not to use them too much. Basically, whenever I need a mental break or get bored, I have a loonion army ready and look for a TH with 1800+ DE and wipe the floor with it, and I try to make sure they have enough elixir to cover the cost of the army. TH8s that don't have a CC to ruin me are a guaranteed 3 star, and you can easily lure and kill the CC if you don't want to take that risk. If I think I can get a 9's resources, I'll take that as well, but that's always riskier.

If I attack 6 times in a day, I'll clear at least 10,000 DE for minimal time invested doing something I find INCREDIBLY boring (farming).

When you do the xbows, you are no longer a th 8.5, you're a th9. They weigh that heavily. So, by definition, it's the very last thing you do as a th 8.5.
