The trophy system in this game is beyond frustrating!

I just want to scream lol. I snipe a th 10 get 3 trophies. Mean while a guy 3 leagues higher snipes me and gets 8! Ik it's just the way the game is but it's driving me nuts on my first push.

The highest a C1 can be is 2599 and the lowest a M2 can be is 2701. Meanwhile, the lowest a C1 can be is 2301. The difference between the low M2 and high C1 is greater than the difference between high C1 and low C1 because of the -100 trophies-still-in-league rule.

No, you don't understand that. There are more people below you, and depending on the trophy differential, you're inevitably going to be a much larger snipe than you can usually find. That's why each additional trophy is harder to get and trophy pushing is challenging. When you were sniping people way above climbing up for more trophies did you complain?

And obviously you missed the part where I said a guy leagues higher got more trophies from sniping my th than I get from sniping equals in my own league. I even got hit by a guy from Champs 3 after my post that's a 4 league difference

Ignore leagues, look at trophy counts.

If his trophy count is higher than yours, then he should get fewer trophies than you would if you snipe somebody whose trophy count is equal to yours.

But because of the fact you stay in a league until 100 below the join point, if you are in the top half of the range for your league, you can get people from higher leagues with lower trophy counts than you while also getting people from your own league with counts up to 300 lower than you.
