Alphas - Chapter 1 Begins with you. (3 Star War Clan)
About us: We are a combination of players fed up with the current direction of our previous clan and decided to make a new clan and make it right. While we loved the friends & family atmosphere of our previous clan, we decided we want to make a clan that is built to win. We believe that we can create a competitive war-clan environment and still feel like a family.. a family that wins together, stays together.
We left because our previous clan was filled with many Co-Leaders without any leadership qualities. We want to build a clan where Leaders are there to help guide newer members and help them improve their game to the best of their ability.
A little bit about myself:
As you can see, I am completely maxed offensively at TH9 with 21/20 heroes and Lava/Lego walls. I've been playing for a year and have always been more interested in war than the farming aspect of the game. While, I may not be the best player, I am knowledgeable about many different Th9 3 star attacks and I'm always looking to help my clan mates.
Why should you join:
We plan to be very active and war back to back.
We are unselfish and you will always find your CC full at all times.
We have helpful leaders that strive to make sure everyone continues to improve and become a 3 star attacker. We lead by example and will not expect you to do things we cannot do ourselves.
We will not nag you for donation/received ratio. We value war performance more than troop donations.
What are we looking for:
TH7/TH8/TH9 3 Star minded individuals.
Friendly and Mature. With that said, younger players are welcomed as long as they can handle themselves maturely as everyone will be treated as an adult.
Use both attacks every war no matter what the score board says. We sit people out who doesn't use both attacks.
Loyalty. We value loyal members.
Activity. We want you to strive to continually improve.
TH7 Requirements:
LVL 2 Dragons
Barb King
Active and willing to learn as we will guide you to become a 3 star attacker when you finally decide to move up to TH8 and beyond.
TH8 Requirements:
LVL 3 Dragons
LVL 2 Hogs
LVL 5 Barb King
Must have knowledge on how to 3 star using dragons.
Must have knowledge on how to 3 star using hogs or willing to learn.
TH9 Requirements:
10/10 Heroes
Max Hogs
Max Loons
Max Witches
LVL 2 Golem
Have a decent idea on how to perform TH9 3 star attacks and willing to improve.
We are looking for active players who constantly strive to get better. We want to see you learn and improve after each war. We want a group of open minded individuals that are willing to accept advice when needed and accept criticism.

Hey there! Currently, we only have 7 people but we are expecting a few more to come from our previous clan once their current war is over. We haven't discussed the idea of merging with another clan this early simply because we are interested if we have what it takes to reach certain goals such as acquiring not just quality players but quality people and eventually become a big active war clan family. Would you guys be interested in joining us?
I understand. We branched off about 3 weeks ago so we have already been hard at work to get this clan going so that would be a tough sell to my clanmates. Picked up a few from global but they seem to be busts. A few of us have seconds and we've gotten a couple from the forums. We are Manus Dei (26 members right now) and our clan tag is #YQ8QJOC9 Check us out and if you want to come over request! We like to be highly organized and communicative in war (we use google hangouts to communicate). Trying to push hard to get the good bonuses (Level 5 and up).
Oh ok, yeah I definitely see where you're coming from since you've already put in a lot of work into your clan. For now, I want to see if we can make it on our own and hope to grow steadily. Good luck with your clan man!
Update: Started our first war search today. Only 10v10(Gotta start somewhere right?) vs a 97 win Lvl6 Clan. No worries though, I'm still expecting a good win for us.

Update: The clan is slowly starting to gain a few more members thanks to this recruitment thread. Our first war looks like a lopsided win for us. We've 2 starred their only th10 and 3 starred the rest of their base within the first 7 hours of war. Looking forward for our 2nd war where I get to see how our new members perform and hope they learned a bit from this war.

Update: Got our first win yesterday. It was too lopsided that they didn't bother to attack. We are currently in our 2nd war and on our way to 3 starring 9 of their 10 bases. We should win this one and keep the ball rolling.
