My clan is a Mature Farming and War clan. I am only a TH5 going to TH6 I do not have the best troops but I do have great advice and wisdom.
Clan RULES:
Donate 100 troops for elder
Donate 500 troops, Participate in wars, and stay loyal for Co-Leader
Dont cause drama
Donate each season
Clan REQUIREMENTS: any age just be mature and respectful TH4 and up LVL 20 and up able to speak, write. and read English Active

1. New clans are hard to get going, especially if you do not have high end troops to offer people
2. Do not give people elder and co based on donations. Any idiot can donate 20 giants then get mad and kick good people out while your sleeping. Too many clans have been ruined by this,
It took almost a year to grow our small clan from 10 to 25 solid members. I agree with Texan. Everyone in the clan will know who deserves elder and co-leader. Don't put a price tag on it.
