Im a th8.5 and I have been for about a month. Im currently in the 1700-1800 range and I cant find anything. I just want inactive bases with at least 200k each, i dont care about DE, I can get that easy in any league.

Lol, everyone wants inactive base. There's not sweet spot for that. It's just about luck
