The Golden Minute!!

There have been so many threads about the mythical golden hour of crazy loot after a maintenance break, but up in Titan league all I've seen is the Golden Minute, followed by the Sucky Six Hours!

Assuming I'm spamming the Try Again button and get in immediately after the break is over, in the first 60 seconds or so after the attack freeze is lifted I usually see 10-15 bases, more than I would usually see in a whole 6 hour session! It's all those poor Titans that had a session interrupted by the maint break and they made the fatal error of not getting back on in time If I'm lucky, one of those bases in the Golden Minute will be a huge whale and make my day. However, yesterday I made the mistake of skipping a base worth 15 cups and that was the best offer I had in that Golden Minute. After that, practically nothing for the next 6 hours! It felt like every titan in the world was either on-line or shielded. It was so depressing!

Anyone else experienced this Golden Minute?

Yes bud, it is indeed the golden minute.

Once made the mistake of finding a whale, messing up on it, then gemming a full army to find another. Dry.

You get one hit, make it count. (And even in a golden minute, reckon I'd be reluctant to skip a 15).

Btw, in Jorge Yao's latest vid he calls this tiny window straight after main breaks the "whale dash". I wish it was this easy to find bases all the time, rather than just for 1 minute...
