Disturbing encounter in Global Chat

Yesterday around 3 pm EST I encountered an individual who went by the name anup in global chat on Clash if Clans. He disagreed with what was being discussed and he identified himself as an employee of Supercell. He then told everyone who was present that he could do anything to the game and would steal or delete anyones account who did not agree with him.

I find this disturbing. I am sure that it is not Supercell's policy to send such people into global, but what can be done about people like this. I would like to be able to go to global chat, but it it is going to be full of "employees" such as this and there is nothing that can be done about them, it is far too stressful.

Please tell me if there is anything that can be done. I reported him, but the report feature does not seem to get rid of troublesome players.

A screenshot and contacting support might be worth a shot, the Mute function also works a treat

Obviously not a supercell employee, just some kid on a power trip. Mute him or use the report function.

Just mute and report. You can also take a screenshot and report it to in game support.
