Greetings, Clashers!
I did a search for this, but once again, didn't find this idea on the forums. Feel free to flame me if I missed it.
How often does someone in your clan ask "how close are you to maxing TH9?" Or how often do you want to know just how close you are to completely maxing out your town hall level?
The idea is to show your total overall Progress at your Town hall level somewhere in your profile. Your progress would be a percentage out of a total of 100%. When you reach 100%, everything at your town hall level has been upgraded to max, there is nothing left to upgrade.
When you click on your Progress, it opens up into a larger box, showing something like this :
Total Overall TH9 Progress : 97.5%
Then a breakdown :
- Defenses (8/15) : 53.3%
- Elixir Upgrades (5/10) : 50.0%
- Dark Elixir Upgrades (5/8) : 62.5%
- Walls (175/250) : 70.0%
- Heroes (22/60) : 36.7%
- Other Buildings (7/7) : 100%
(the numbers are totally made up, I didn't figure out how many things are needed to upgrade at TH9).
We could then use that "progress percentage" to brag - " I upgraded to TH10 when I was at 92%," or you could then use it as another means of filtering out possible clan members - "Must be at least 75% TH8 or higher."
No more of wondering if you are rushed or not, or trying to figure out just how far along you are!
If you want to compare your base to another base, you can use the percentage to compare your bases. I assume that the war matchmaking does something similar, so this number (or percentage) may exist in the background already somewhere. This display lets the player know how close they are to maxing everything possible at their town hall level.
When you hit 100%, it glows yellow, or instead of 100%, there's a "TH9 MAXED" in your profile instead.
The overall total progress is viewable by anyone in your profile.
Please forgive my lack of pictures, my PhotoShop skills are lacking.
