Are there any clans out there that do 50 v 50 wars? I'm currently getting the guys together from our 2 clans to have all hero's available for the purpose of doing a 50v50. The plan was to do this once or twice a month. Just curious if the search will turn up an opposition....?
The last 50v50 we did was during the double xp boost week.
With heroes not usable while upgrading, you'll be hard pressed to find many clans searching 50v50.

We did several when XP was double. I think we only lost one even though we had AFK players in to make the numbers. Maybe the double XP made a difference but we had no problems finding opponents the same as usual.
We normally ONLY do 50 v 50s, but have had to do 45s lately because a lot of people are getting to TH9.
