For the life of me.
I can't attack with GiBarch, or with Goblins included, the only way I can beat bases is with high elixer compositions.
It's so so so incredibly difficult to gain Dark Elixer as the only amounts worth raiding are 500+, which reside on TH8s, and 9s. (I won't even think about raiding a TH10.)

Maybe it's the army composition? 10 Giants and 10 WBs work perfectly fine for me. I take 3 Heals, 1 Rage and 1 Poison, although I usually only use one or two Heals. Crystal III was good for DE last time I was there (last Thursday), a lot of TH8s with full storages.
Bringing your Heroes and cc full definitely makes things much easier.

get an army comp. half barbs half archers. go to gold 1-3. throw all troops down on base, get loot, repeat.

Just go up to masters 3 and snipe all day...I made almost 8 mil gold / elixir in 2 days, obviously the elixir was quicker seeing as you have to next a lot to find the snipe...
Actually on second thought, don't do this. doesn't work at all. I do not need competition for the snipes.
Th 9, BK 14 AQ 15, Skulls done with 210 Legos. Still working on the climb, struggling to make ends meet.
