Transferring progress to new Apple ID

Hiya wondering if I can have my progress on new Apple ID as I'm having problems with the ID I'm using I'm currently running iOS 9 and latest clash of clans update I'm running.

you can change your email in manage apple id but you can't change the id. You can contact sc and request them to unlink your ios. They will do so if you can prove village is yours. Then put the gc id you want and load the village. It will be attached to that

yes, the first part is correct

if you want to transfer to a new id you have to back it up to itunes, restore your phone, and put the data back on
log in the game center that you want

What do I have to back up cuz I'm going to be transferring data from a old Apple ID to new is that possible ??

You can change the Apple ID on your phone, you just have to login with the same gamecenter that you had before. You can't unlink a gamecenter from the game.

If you mean transferring your Clash village to a new Game Center account, then no, that's not viable. As far as I know (from personal experience) you can have your village linked to one Game Center (iOS) account and one Google Play (Android) account, but they'll be permanently linked.
