Everyone just came up to Master I and just exposed their Town Halls... think about it. You really only lose 3-10 trophies from being 1 starred and the loot bonus is 140k gold/elixir and 900 DE. It would be the holy grail of loot farming.
It's probably impossible to do anyways. . . too bad.
Pecking Order:
SKoRM → my base → CoC → Supercell → the dirt → the worms inside the dirt → spotters → ghosters → you
I do it anyway, still gain a quite a bit depending on the luck that day or the times you try. It takes over 140 nexts just to find a snipe to lose gold. The other loot makes up the loss. Master 3 is better, more snipes available.
Th 9, BK 14 AQ 15, Skulls done with 210 Legos. Still working on the climb, struggling to make ends meet.

If that were to happen, I think the amount of farming bases sniped would deplete really quickly in Masters 1.
That would be really amazing if there were as many farming bases as in Gold 2/1 in Masters 1. I would call that a miracle.
