Yeah, I did notice😄, and I recommend rushing. Obviously you need to max farm troops before rushing on, and I agree with hogs - they are essential if you war.

I didn't intend it to be a should I rush thread. But, Y'know, YOLO. I'll get a head start on my AQ. I'll max hogs before 9 though (If I DO rush)

for me,my current TH9..once giant upgraded to lvl 6 it became relatively easy to loot de from th 8 and lower th 9.

You will be on a tight situations if you decided to rush to th 9 just FOR AN EASY DE STORAGE RAID, but remember that the upgrade in Town hall 9's are pretty expensive and you just can't spend it to everything without a strategy that would fit in your situation. It is pretty okay to rush to town hall 9 IF you have like hours to sit on your couch in the living room to play in order for you to fill up your storages quickly. But you already stated that you're a No Hardcore player soooooo

I think I'll stay at TH8 though now that I think of it.... I love wars too much to opt out for a while
