Th9 pekka level 4

Hey don't you guys think pekka level 4 should be available at Th9? I think it would balance the game alot better especially since the new update gives th10 more walls. Interested to get your opinions

I think GoWiPe is a powerful army
and TH9 GoWiPe with level 3 pekka is enough.
With level 4 pekka, I think three starring at th9 will be a lot easier, which is OP.

How does TH10 having more walls justify TH9 having even more power?

TH9 already have plenty of ways to 3 star each other. TH10 don't. They need the power of +2 levels.
