I don't understand how people play this game and spend so much time on it, but don't even try to learn anything about it. This guy has even posted many times on here. How do you not know about clan perks!!!! Really, you don't know level 5 clans get a troop upgrade in the cc!!
Just bothers me when people fail to make any effort to learn about things. But you almost have to try to not know that.
