Kamcord posted to Twitter last night they had an announcement. Earlier this morning I saw a post saying that it gets cold in Helsinki in late October which happens to be when the next update is set to be announced. Could this be a "taster" of what we might be seeing? Pictures below.
It would make sense that a company who specializes in mobile game streaming that features clash of clans, that they attend the first convention for the game. They may even have their own booth, the teaser is the fact that they would be attending.
New Freezing troop, TH11, quests, illuminati and/or clan war tournaments confirmed.
But in seriousness, wasn't there some comment made a few weeks ago by Anoushka ( i can never spell it right, apologies) that her mocha was cold or frosty or something....

I don't know if this has anything to do with it, and I won't even attempt to speculate, but I would love to see a Yeti introduced in this update. Idk if that would be for TH10 or for TH11 if that comes out, but I think it would be an interesting addition to the game.

A TH10 exclusive troop that can freeze or be immune to infernos makes a lot of sense to me.
Would make sense in combination with th11. TH10 gets weaker and is 3 starable in war in farmable by th11s with casual troops and th11 gets new defenses so it is a challenge again to get 2 stars.
About the tweet I am not sure this is really a secret hint or just a reminder for all the European visitors in the south to pack warm clothes. He had a really extreme summer this year and are still used to warmer temperatures.
