Officially no. You cannot get an additional name change unless the name is offensive or your full name.
Unofficially, I have heard of a handful of cases where Support changed names. You can plead your case with them in game (Methods to contact is stickied at the top of this thread) but there's no guarantee that they will help you.

They will only change it if it's a full name or its offensive. Sorry.
- my account got ♥♥♥♥ed.
- my name was changed by the ♥♥♥♥er.
- i contacted supercell.
- i proved that i am the legit owner of the village
- i asked them to let me change my name again
- name change option was available again.
- NOTE.my name was neither a full name or offensive
