I found why revenge is not possible in high leagues

Where does it say that? They specifically rule out kids under 13. ClashCon only allows participants age 18 or older. Pretty clear that they expect to have a large adult player population, not just kids.

The best time to revenge someone is during the Golden Hour if you're in the higher leagues, since that seems to be the hardest in my opinion to pull off a revenge. I was able to revenge 2 attacks yesterday when COC came back online after the update for quick cups.

Officially, nobody under the age of 13 is allowed to play it. Which makes it NOT a kids game.

We all know that quite a few under that age do play (we have 4 in our clan, 3 of whom are the children of other clan members), but many millions of adults also play, and are who it is really aimed at.

Secondly a waste of time is what makes it more satisfying when you finally pull it off. And thirdly if it's not even worth doing why have the button?

I never said it isn't worth doing. I said it isn't worth it just for the sake of it. At low league levels, it can be very worthwhile from the loot (and trophies) point of view.

At higher league levels, it would rarely be worth it from that point of view, even if you could find people to revenge.

I'd like to see it implemented again but if supercell feels that we don't need it atleast get rid of the button...then you wouldn't have someone bringing this up every single day on forums

I would say 13- at least 17 is still a kid both legally and emotionally. I also noticed when I downloaded the update from google play store the game was rated by google as being E10+ or Everyone 10 and up. The TOS may say 13 somewhere but Google gives a different minimum age and I imagine Apple has its own ranking so with the conflicting age ranges, its really hard to enforce any strict age requirement, Im sure these are more suggestions than rules any ways.

it used to be that way but then we had the problem of cheap shield. that's why i think supercll has like a 5 min(not sure about the exact time)window before you can revenge someone, so he will have to be offline for some time to get revenged and at these high range within that time someone form clouds find him. I think revenge only work only if someone come out of shield and you know the exact time..

Ok so...it's implemented for beginners, however even ppl in masters or higher don't know about the 5-7 minute window...like I didn't. So they waste countless hours pressing revenge.

Logical decision would be make it obvious when bases are available for revenge by "the green revenge" like ppl have said (numerous times). Or raise shield from 40% to 50% like I said resulting in no cheap shielding.

And for the record I'd consider anyone from 13-17 a kid...and since this topic seems to get shunned on forums I'm thinking financial reasons are behind it....(and rightfully so).

But until supercell offers me a job I'll keep harping on it

I agree it is hard to enforce it (and I see no reason why it should be enforced), but the point is that it is not aimed at kids, so it isn't a "kids game", even though some kids play it.

Very true. I know a bunch of ppl who play that are adults even in my city (pop. 25k). But age limit aside I just don't like seeing ppl wasting so much time on an "illusion".

Although I have a few times been able to revenge players within a small range(hard to find for low champs and only worth 1 to top players and worth almost zero resources) but it's only once every blue moon.

First story:
I'm in 3491 and try to revenge somebody in 3700 I keep tapping revenge button. It said player is online then after 45 mins it suddenly said player under attack while i tapping it fast 5 times per second! then player shielded !

Second story: same as first just after 20 mins and player was at 3900 cups

Conclusion : supercell prioritize normal poll over revenge so base will be attacked immediately in normal raid.
So don't waste your time on revenge unless th inside or lower leagues.

Solution: supercell should remove that priority for normal raid otherwise revenge button is a decoration.

Edit: I don't know what is the exact time priority for normal raid. One of my clan mates said one moderator wrote it is 5 mins!!!
I can't believe that! Even 1 second priority is enough!
