Currently working on a second account to help out with clan wars. Just reached th7 and am mass dragon raiding for 6 stars. I am currently the bottom guy in clan wars. Seems like a good place to stop here but I despise dragons. How far would you recommend pushing a second account for clan wars? I have a feeling that if it is not th7 than it may go up to 8.5 as the next step as there is not as much offense to upgrade at th8. Tell me your thoughts. Anything constructive is appreciated.

With my mini I'm prioritizing offensive upgrades then coming back and doing the defense. I can't play it a ton so I figured that would be the best way to have an impact on wars.

I just finished maxing my heroes on my mini lol. Maxed TH10 def also... heh
Since our TH8 suck at war I am currently bringing my mini to TH8. I am planning to do some GoVaLo and GoHoVa attacks. Way more fun than dragons (my dragons are actually lvl1 and will stay lvl 1).

My main is a TH10, nearly maxed.
I have an alt as well. It's TH9 and I am planning on getting it to TH10 and maxing it too.
TH8 is way more fun than TH7. With TH8, you can use hogs, GoHo, GoWipe, and GoWiWipe (witches in cc) in addition to mass drags.
What exactly is mini max? I've heard the term in reference to a form of defenseless (or reduced defenses), but is there something that explains the concept? Do you just stop adding defenses at some point, or is there some optimal subset of defenses that you build up?
I am also sitting at maxed TH 7 and wondering should I go up to TH 8? I wanted to get to masters at TH 7 but I would need to stay online way too much in order to get there, Once I stay offline for a while they take 35 trophies per raid and knock me back down,, Kinda tired of that,
So to help with match making in war if I go to TH 8 I should just do troops and not defenses right ??
That is what I have done. My defense is definitely low right now for th7. Thank you for the reply but still looking for opinions on where the best place to stop may be. I am basically looking to create an advantage where I can create 6 stars for my clan but have enou defense to at least force more than one attack on me. Sitting at th7, there is no escape from mass drags.
