Supercell does nothing about mod programmes?

Why is supercell allowing players to still use mod programmes in the game with no bans or closing there accounts.
not long back supercell arranged a clan war between 2 clans. When they arranged this they were able to find out if any of the players used a mod programme.
so if they can do this why can't they check ever account with some sort of programme?
saying this blizzard banned a load of players from world of Warcraft for using mod programmes, just amagine the amount of money they lost by doing this! But to keep the game clean they went ahead with all the bans.
so with this info, why are supercell not doing the same to coc players using with mod programmes?
people say supercell is not about the money. Lol that seems funny to me.

Nice thoughts i would think to avoid money loss ban for a few days just to say hey we know what ur doing. Perma ban would be a bit much

1) Blizz didn't perms ban the botters
2) it's not that they condone it as much as they can't stop it.
3) what arranged war are you talking about?

A a good way of stopping it would be to allow people to either attack the same base twice in war or allow them practice attacks (at say 1000 gems a pop).

Supercell DOES ban players who are found to be using mods.
If you have actual hard evidence on someone che@ting, please send it to support through your game settings.
