That really just looks like a dead base.
I'll post a non-dead base but with decent loot if I come across one.
I made a small mint in masters three snipes. Usally takes awhile to get them but 8 this quick is nice.
Th 9, BK 14 AQ 15, Skulls done with 210 Legos. Still working on the climb, struggling to make ends meet.

I just learned about it the bases are all messed up and the loot is super good for about an hour due to a long break from maintenance

Loot gets very bad during this time, no-one really wants to play because they can't find anything.
