    - Device and model: iPAD2 16 gb (2011 model)
    - iOS version (iOS9 Beta or iOS9 Final): iOS9 Final
    - Do you have sounds & music enabled in the settings: Neither
    - Which version of Hay Day do you have installed: 1.26.114.12
    - Describe in more detail stuttering and crashes: Game freezes occasionally, as well as crashes. There does not seem to be any common nominator for this, except every time game logs into game center the game freezes too. Freezing normally lasts from 3 to 10 seconds. Movement in game is jerky occasionally - like "movie theater" curtains opening is a slow slide show. Closing other programs does not help, nor has rebooting helped. As it is at the moment I don't find playing an option. Poor Tom, had bought him for a week (or whatnot) and he has nothing to do now..

    If it is memory related issue there nothing I can do to make sure game would stay playable. No other programs are open.

    me too. everthing slower and missing out on those special items on first page of DD that pop up from time to time. can't concentrate properly because keep getting distracted by having to try and do things again. fishing is annoyingly slow, feeding animals doesn't work properly neither does feeding machines, etc etc. i have deleted some apps and put others into the background, to no effect. is there anyway super supercell can fix this? was hoping to get my level 100 golden seat for christmas. no chance now, not sure i will even still be playing.... boo hoo :-(

    for analytical purposes:
    also crashes
    level 96
    ipad 3
    been playing for 18 months
    have sound and music off in hd settings
    have turned off whatever possible

    question: has anyone tried going back to previous ios? did it work?

    Hi HayDay team,

    Please return my diamonds that were purchased specifically so I could use Tom! I have not been able to use Tom except 1 or 2 times in the past 5 day period, and his usage period expired today.

    This update has been a huge waste of time and money, in the diamonds for Tom and the amount of time trying to play only to be frustrated by immediate crashes, crashes as the crow flies in, crashes just after he swoops back to the left, crashes, crashes, crashes....     I play on an Ipad 2 with 32 GB and over 16.2 GB of memory still available. IOS9 Final, my HD Game Level is 92, I have Music and Sounds both off.

    All of the problems that are stated below are present for me as well. All of the suggested resolutions as referenced below have also been tried. If the root of the problem is with Apple rather than SC, please acknlowledge whether this is being resolved or not. In either case, please let us know how long it will be until resolution. I do not want to waste more time trying to fix the unfixable. (Again, please return my Diamonds to me since Tom could not be utilized.)

    * P.S. This may turn out to be a compound problem. I first noticed chat type lag and selection problems after the HD update, and then crashes began after the IOS9 update.

    **PPSS: CANNOT BE REPORTED TO SC SUPPORT TEAM THROUGH GAME SETTINGS BECAUSE GAME CRASHES BEFORE MESSAGE CAN BE TYPED AND SENT! Please respond HD Support Team!

    Playing Hayday is hopeless after iOS9 update

    There is a problem with hayday after iOS9 update. That's obvious, right?

    I'd rather they work on it than spend time repeating themselves here.

    I have read on apple support websites that ios9 has problems. It's not just Hay Day. You can send a report to support but they know about this and they are working with apple. If Apple changes things on their end it might mess up something Hay day does on this end to deal with a glitch with apple. And it might break all over again.

    Anyway. The geek sites I visit and trust suggest reverting back to ios8. You have to google it but I am sure you will see the same advice. I just haven't upgraded yet. My kid upgraded and has no problems but her device is less than three months old.

    I doubt support has an answer yet.

    I appreciate your help because I was at a loss. The HD game would crash before I could compose and send a message. I have just sent a message via the link you provided, and I hope I do not get a patent response.

    We deserve an announcement from HD as to the cause and expected date of a fix. It is overdue!

    Update

    😰😭😨😿 sadly my issues r not solved, I can still play the game okay most of the time, bit it remains glitchy... Comes in spurts of stutters and blah's. Surely SC will get it fixed sooner rather than later, time is money, the longer it has issues the more it can cost them.
    So please find the magic fix very soon SC 🙏
