Hi HayDay team,
Please return my diamonds that were purchased specifically so I could use Tom! I have not been able to use Tom except 1 or 2 times in the past 5 day period, and his usage period expired today.
This update has been a huge waste of time and money, in the diamonds for Tom and the amount of time trying to play only to be frustrated by immediate crashes, crashes as the crow flies in, crashes just after he swoops back to the left, crashes, crashes, crashes.... Also, in the Complete closes of my Ipad, forced closes of background apps (unable to do with HD because I could not get into the game), and removing and reinstalling of Hay Day and Facebook several times, etc..
I play on an Ipad 2 with 32 GB and over 16.2 GB of memory still available. IOS9 Final, my HD Game Level is 92, I have Music and Sounds both off.
All of the problems that are stated below are present for me as well. All of the suggested resolutions as referenced below have also been tried. If the root of the problem is with Apple rather than SC, please acknlowledge whether this is being resolved or not. In either case, please let us know how long it will be until resolution. I do not want to waste more time trying to fix the unfixable. (Again, please return my Diamonds to me since Tom could not be utilized.)
* P.S. This may turn out to be a compound problem. I first noticed chat type lag and selection problems after the HD update, and then crashes began after the IOS9 update.
**PPSS: CANNOT BE REPORTED TO SC SUPPORT TEAM THROUGH GAME SETTINGS BECAUSE GAME CRASHES BEFORE MESSAGE CAN BE TYPED AND SENT! Please respond HD Support Team!
