Just a curious question. Do you guys ignore shielde? Like for example, let's say you just got a 12 hour shield and you wanted to attack. Do you feel like you should save the the remaining time in the shield or do you just want to attack right away? Remember this question is based on your experiences as a clash player and there's no real "right or wrong" answer.

If I feel like raiding and have my Army Camps/Spell Factory full, I'll just go on ahead and do it. Unless I have a lot of resources to protect, which hasn't happened ever since I turned TH9.
Sometimes I'll break my shield 1-2 hours before going to sleep, so I can get a new one shortly after and rest peacefully. lol

I constantly break/renew my shield, only is important to those at a very high trophy count (log off means instant loss, and breaking it means another 6 hour session) break away!
I used to think up till TH 9 that shields were one of the most worthy resources in the game, so I spent as much time online as possible so that I would only get one or two shields for the other day. I was partially correct because you should farm more than what you lose in defense, but not due to the value of shields haha. Then with better defenses and less possibilities of my base being completely wiped out I started getting shields way more often (my defense log used to have up to 1-week attacks!) and now as a maxed defense TH 10 I break my shields every 30 mins, so my army is ready and I'm not clicking my iPad every 5 minutes.
Depends if I have a lot or little bit of loot, have war cc or no war cc, have full camps or empty camps.
I almost always get more when I raid than I lose when I am raided so it is an easy choice for me: break that shield. If you aren't pushing trophies, I don't think it is even a close call unless you are truly sitting on max storage with a builder about to come free.

Just depends on how much I want to attack. I won't bother breaking a shield for a few attacks but then again I don't raid unless I am doing a 2 hour boost.
