Maxed out EVERYTHING (walls, troops, defences etc)
100+ War stars

Townhall 8:

Lvl3 dragons
Lvl4 hogs
Golems
Lvl8 barb king
200 army space
NO LVL6 WALLS
At least one lvl6 wizard tower
Lvl3 cc

Townhall 9: (follow th8.5 route - search on youtube if you don't know the strategy)

Army camp space 220
LVL4 cc
Golem lvl3
Max loons and hogs
Lvl2 hounds
Around 30 combined for heroes
At least all elixir troops maxed for the
lvl8+ walls ONLY
