this is suggested a lot but think about what you're asking. Do you want someone to be stuck in your clan during a war if they do not want to be in your clan? Their two wasted attacks for leaving seem to be the lesser of two evils if you think of what they could do if forced to stay.
They'll waste their attacks anyways, maybe drop zero troops so you still don't get any stars then spend the rest of the war trolling your filling your CC requests with gobs or barbs and causing trouble in your clan chat.
It's really better for you and your clan that the person be allowed to leave without having to make such a muck that you are forced to kick them.
