Any interest in a clan merger? My brother and I are rebuilding a lev 6 war clan, same premise as yours, all adults, all active, adult fun and humor along with some profanity. We are a smaller clan looking to grow. At one time we had 30+ members, but about 15 of them split off to form a work clan as they were all friends and wanted to do their own thing. We have been recruiting like you, however, it is tough, kept getting people that would opt in wars, then never attack, had to boot them, of course this cost us some war wins, which makes it even tougher to recruit. We are now back to winning and looking for like minded peeps. I am open to giving you co leader and you can promote as you seem necessary with your group! If your interested let me know and we can see if we can make something work.
