TH 10 Wall Updates are to prepare for TH 11

Without a TH11, TH10 has no need for additional walls. I think additional walls were added so a TH10 can have a chance at protecting itself from whatever TH11 has in store.

Additionally it's a pretty big clue that they changed the look of the walls to better match a TH10. Purely a guess but I think TH11 will have a blue color palette and a new level of walls to match.

I hope the TH11 theme is electric and they return zaps as level 12 walls.

Also, I hope TH11s will actually have a decent chance of three-starring TH10s.
