Now that I've seen them for real, they look more like lava walls than level 10 walls do. Perhaps we should be renaming level 10 walls.

Magma makes no sense. Lava is magma that has reached the surface. They are exactly the same thing aside from that, and walls are above ground... so... tango!

I liked the zaps, but they never matched the TH10 maxed defences or townhall aesthetic. The new walls do complete the theme. So I can understand why they were changed.
