Sounds similar to a "media lock-up" (done for some government / central bank reports) where they are able to ask questions of officials beforehand but all information is under embargo until the official release.

First of all they have to be over 18 years old. They need to have visited SC HQ and SC needs to know them in person. Sc can't just reveal and give update footage to any youtuber e.g Clashofclanscomedy ( who keeps swearing in all his videos and is quite unreliable, which can lead into a leak of footage and content). Maturity and loyalty comes first there. How can you give out footage to youtubers that break the TOS with their videos?

Jake is only good at TH9 attacks. If he were any good at TH10 attacking then I'd agree with you. Any Youtuber showcasing TH10 3 star attacks are showing attacks modded up to their eyeballs.
