How do you use BAM? I tried to use 90 barbarians, 90 archers and 20 minions, but the minions died because air bomb, WT, AD and AT.

Your heroes are way behind compared to walls. I suggest to put your farming priority on DE, follow by gold/elixir.
e.g. when searching
200k/200k/100 DE - next/skip
100k/100k/1k+ DE - attack

Some says silver league has similiar amount of DE loot, else move up to Crystal/Master.

I used to farm with BAM in Gold 1 as a TH 9.
Try Crystal 2 and 1, it has all kinds of bases: Snipes for loot bonus, Collector Raids (dead bases) and storage raids.
