    - Windows marketplace not profitable enough for Supercell
    - Windows based stuff are supposedly easier to h@ck since you can work on a computer

COC for Windows would nerf the game completely, modding would be like a minor irritation compared to the ♥♥♥♥s, ♥♥♥♥♥s, spamming and bugging from a Windows version.

It can be played on Windows without it being a violation of the ToS but, alas, we are not allowed to discuss it on the forums.

Those who claim that releasing it for Windows would bring about more h@cking have no idea what they are talking about.

Snarg, take an Android Phone, An iPhone and a standard PC. All three comes out of the box from the factory. Only 1 of those three devices can immediately use exploits without having to modify the core system files (Rooting or Jailbreaking) that alone should be enough circumstantial evidence to the notion that Windows platform will be easier for typical users to use exploits right out of the box.

    You have chosen .. poorly

Now, to save yourself a lot of grief when selecting a Smart Phone, you could look up the marked share of the different systems in trade at the moment.

So, as you might be able to imagine, there is not a lot of money to be made from porting a game to Windows Phone. The best you can hope for is Minecraft, as Microsoft bought Mojang a while back. Unless Microsoft buys SuperCell, don't expect Clash to be available on Windows Phone anytime soon.
