Hello.
For the last MONTH me and my neighours have been struggling with bugs that appear on derby tasks.
Particularly the task for 320point when you have to make 25 blue woolly hats in 1d3h. Me and my NH reported OVER 1 MONTH AGO that there are problems with counting in this task (for exmple - last week I did this task and it didn't count 2 of the hats). And what does the support do? NOTHING.
They don't fix the problem or even give diamonds to finish the task (diamonds are needed to speed up the hats).
Another bug that I've dealt with is the trashing bug. When someone is trashing the derby task from the board the same time you do, you or your neighbour will end up with the task (THAT YOU CHOSE TO DO AND PICKED) trashed. And what does support say? That I'm playing TOO FAST (which I'm not) and this is not a bug. They also refused to give diamonds.
So here I am, mad at HayDay support for writing me back with bot's sentences such as "we're sorry, but we can't give you a direct solution", without 15 diamonds BECAUSE of Supercell's fault, fighting for diamonds FOR 2 WEEKS.
I am happy that I'm not buying diamonds, because that would be paying SUpercell for DOING NOTHING. For NOT HELPING and NOT FIXING BUGS.
Literally, the worst support I've ever dealt with...
