    Post Will my base go into the queue if I go to read a message from support?

    I just received a message from Supercell support, which is amazing 99% of the time. Even if they can't help you, they respond within hours. It's great.

    Anyway, I'm pushing as deep into titans league as possible so I don't want my base to go into the queue to be attacked. Does anyone know if I can safely check the message or if I should wait until I have a shield?

    I think you can get queued if you came out of the coc app

    You know how you have to touch the screen every 5 minutes? Well your base will be in the background, if it takes you 5 minutes to read the message and/or reply, then you will go into the queue. Safest to wait for a shield.

    Thank you everyone. Lachness was right, it was running in the background so I was okay.

    The problem now is that supercell is stonewalling me with their scripted responses.

    I'm trying to ask what happened to the warning message that would appear on the screen when they were about to boot you for playing too long. They're treating it like I'm suggesting they do that and telling me to come here and put it in the suggestions section.

    I don't understand what's happening with them. They're usually so helpful.

    The message still exists though...

    Also, as far as stuff like that I'm pretty sure support isn't there to just answer questions like that. Hence, forums.
