I would work on the walls, and Hidden Tesla's they are a great help.

I'd start with Air defences, splash damage and walls.

What are your goals with this account? I suggest you read the two rushing guides in my sig as they will help you shape the approach you need to be successful. By default you are rushed right now, even if that's not what you want to be. The advice on how to manage as a rushed base and what's critical will help you regardless of what you want to do.
I would suggest considering being TH9 instead of TH8. Being able to level the AQ earlier is a nice benefit.

I would say upgrade walls and your air defenses.

Those walls now. Then also the mortars and wizard towers then just grind out upgrades on air defenses.
