Level 8 lightning spells???

Is there any source for this?
It is clear to me that lvl6 stats are increased but lvl as well? This would most likely mean +5 damage per strike. If the lower lvl earthquake spells get doubled damage as well this means that you could destroy a lvl6 ad at th8 with 2 lvl5 lightning spells and 1 lvl2 earthquake which means you could carry an additional rage or heal. Either to heal the cc hogs taking out an ad from the side or rage your dragon loons to smash the remaining 2 ads if they are centered. It seems dragons are back against max th8, but only if lightning and earthquake is maxed as well.

We need a nerf on eartquake spells not a buff, or give us lvl12 walls to balance it

Why do we need a nerf? There is already a jump. The earthquake is only a bit better than jump but uses 2 spell slots more. Nerfing it would make it useless. Remember since the last update also the jump radius has been increased (more an AI change).
