I love the game mechanics as it is, I just want modding and matchmaking fixed. Let's see who the "elite war clans" really are without modding or abusing the matchmaking algorithm to win wars. Or at least find a way of putting the "elite" war clans and "farming" war clans on their own server so the real players can play the game the way it is intended.

Nah, they do care, they just can't find a way to fix it at the moment. I have spoken to people about it who work alongside supercell and they are definitely trying to fix such things. I would just prefer they allocated more time to that, rather than game updates. But that is just a personal preference, as I do not think the game needs additional features right now, but it does need the mod problems and matchmaking problems addressing.
