IOS 9 is coming out Wednesday so update may have something to do with that.
Is it likely that the next update will be on Wednesday?
Everyone is currently excited about the sneak peaks. The update will come out then people complain about whatever changed there are and want it reverted back. People then regret about complaining because some OP strategy is discovered.

Some say ClashCon is the biggest Clash of Clans event and a big update will be released in that time.
And you say that most players aren't going and they are not going to release a big update for ClashCon.
