Try The 200 Club.

If I'm clanless and need troops, I always go to Invictus Kings. They don't give barbs like most request and leave clans, instead will give usually archers or sometimes will fill your request with what you ask (giants etc).

They may take a few minutes to accept you but it is worth it.

I also go to invictus kings but when I try today it says "unable to join" and when I search for req and leave clan all of them were like 0 troops donated.

The unable to join message means that they have too many requests from players which haven't been answered.
