I have read your 2 other threads, tell me does it give you the CONFIRM option after you add an account? If so then contact support give them your th, level, month/year and device you created the account you will get it.
If incase you dont get the CONFIRM when you add email then go to apps>coc>clear cache and try again. If it still doesn't work try factory reset install coc keep an eye top left corner for log in.
Happens sometimes when you add email your account doesn't load.

How do I contact support. Do I go on Help and Support and give the info. Th level etc?
Yes ingame click setteings then help and support, top right corner you will find the msg icon.

U do it from ur account even the wrong one... They asked me all those questions and have me my account back
Not sure the time zone there so give it 24 total hours before deciding they aren't doing anything
If you supply enough info they will get your account back. Be patient tho. Same thing happened with my friend and it took over a month after our first message to restore her account.
