I've heard tons of cases where people had to wait months for support to help them in these cases. I wouldn't be surprised if you do too.
The more accurate and correct your information, the faster you will get your village back.

No sarcasm, I've had reported wait times of various lengths.
2 months? He can just create a new base and he will have an almost maxed th7 in 2 months.

When I lost my account (at the time mid maxed TH9) I received a message with different instructions/questions regarding the account. If I had replied the same day I got each message it would have taken only 3 days to have complete access to my account again. Since some days I was too busy to be bothered with it or care it ended up taking about a week and a half and as I said each time I responded with everything they needed I received a message less than 24 hours later (typically 9am where I am is when I got them) very helpful, very clear directions. Let's just hope you purchased gems because that's why mine had been so easy.
